We understand your time is valuable. Our screening process consists of: Two phone interviews, a detailed resume or application, a personal interview, a reference check, a drug test, background check, math test and a typing/clerical test. Our standard billing period is 90 calendar days, or depending on company needs.

Reference Checks
We call at least 3 applicant references. Our past employment reference check includes: Dates of employment, wages earned, overall performance on a 1-10 scale, basic duties, reason for termination, eligibility for re-hire, and additional workers comments.

Drug Test
Dedicated Staffing uses iScreen one step drug test card made by Instant Technologies. This is a urine based test with results in 5 minutes. This tests for cocaine, marijuana, opiates/morphine, amphetamines and methamphetamines.

Nationwide Background Check
Our background checks are handled through Direct Screening, a fast and accurate nationwide check that checks for all felonies, misdemeanors and traffic offenses.

Comprehensive Math and Ruler Test
It is important that anyone entering data or providing customer service be able to provide accurate information and be the last line of defense in catching errors related to billing or invoicing. Our math test consists of ruler readings, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals and fractions. This is a 20 question test, and applicants must obtain 75% accuracy.

Typing/Clerical Test
We use an online Data entry and Microsoft Office test by E-sill.com. These sets of test can simulate an actual data entry file, Microsoft Word and Excel. We also administer a 20 question multiple choice test to understand the applicant’s general office aptitude.
